Teneale *Day 2*

Here's our next truly amazing card by Teneale: I love Teneale's color choices here! And the overall layout is awesome for those bird stamps we all own. Finally, I love how she has added splatters to her papers- such a fun touch!
Here's my take:

Okay, two days in a row that I've used patterned paper....I am sensing a new addicition.... LOL! The green and orange patterned papers were distresed with Brushed Corduroy and Walnut Stain Distress Ink. I also added brown splatters by coloring with my Nougat Stamper's Big Brush marker onto my acrylic block, spritzing with water, and then dipping my paint brush into the ink and flicking onto my paper. The circle was distressed with Walnut Stain and Brushed Corduroy Distress Ink and then stamped with Penny Black 3859H Corner Piece in Antique Linen and Brushed Corduroy Distress Ink. The bird, Penny Black 4157K Nature's Day, was colored with Copic markers. Sentiment by Penny Back, 30-032 Enjoy Life. Oh, and that row of circles is just Candi dots in white mounted onto white cardstock and then distressed with Brushed Corduroy and Walnut Stain Distress Ink. Such a fun way to add texture without weight or bulk!

Now here's what's happening on the Mementos Blog today...

Thanks again for your visits and lovely comments. I know I say it a lot but I mean it with loads of gratitude- your support means the world to me!! :) HUGS!
