Inspired by...Cathy Fong

I'm thrilled to announce that our next featured artist is Cathy Fong.  If you haven't already been to Cathy's blog, be sure to check it out!  All of her work oozes with stamping talent.  Here's a look at a pair of bookmarks she created. I love her color choices and the glow Cathy always creates when coloring:
And here's my take:
The images (Penny Black 4257K Shop & Tweet, 4259J Tour De Fun) were stamped with Memento Expresso Truffle ink and colored with copics.  The paper was distressed with Antique Linen and Scattered Straw Distress Ink.  Sentiments by Penny Black, 30-097 Hello Gorgeous.

Thanks for popping by! See you soon with our next inspiration card by Cathy.  Prepare yourself, it's a TOTAL stunner. I can't wait to share it here!

Your distressed soft backgrounds work beautifully with these colour palettes & I love the sketchy nature of your colouring with these images.

I like her techniques on her tags, but unfortunately I do not like the stamp she used--totally my opinion, sorry.
Your tags are very fun! Thanks for sharing both techniques with us.
