The has to be the happiest Happy Birthday card ever! I love the bright colors and patterns. The combination of the flourish and polka dots embossed in white add to the festive feel of this beauty! Oh- and I nearly forgot-- the shape is genius!!

Hooray for Sarah! I love her cards and her wonderful scrapbook layouts. Her card here really is happy and cheerful, love her choice of colors. Jill, I love your card, those flowers are perfect as is the shading on the background! Looking forward to a great week of inspiration with Sarah!
