Anne's card is amazingly bold and artistic! I so admire her skills! I love the way she has added water splotches and trails in the distress ink. It goes perfectly with the dandelion frame stamp. The colors of this card make me smile and the touch of ribbon and border punch at the bottom add a lovely finishing touch!
