So pretty!! I just love those bright flowers against the light blue background. They remind me of a sweet spring day. The die cut shape is a great design element. Debbie has also chosen the perfect sentiment to go with her beautiful flowers. Finally, I love the subtle white embossing in the background. It provides great texture to this charming card!Here is my take:
