I began by stamping the heart branches using Antique Linen Distress Ink onto Neenah Tiara White Cardstock. Next, I colored over the stamped image using Faber-Castell Art Grip Colored Pencils. (HINT- keep your pencils very sharp- it makes it much easier.) The background and sentiment banner were inked with Brushed Corduroy, Old Paper, and just a touch of Wild Honey Distress Ink. The frame (Spellbinders Labels 8) was inked with Seedless Preserves and Fired Brick Distress Ink.
Hope you have a WONDERFUL weekend! I'll be back next week with more new Valentines cards... can't wait to share. And now I'm off to do some last minute holiday shopping and card mailing!
