Penny Black and Flower Soft Blog Hop

Welcome to the Penny Black and Flower Soft Blog hop!  You should be arriving here from the blog of the talented Flower Soft designer Gini Cagle.  If this is your first stop and you would like to start hopping from the beginning, visit the Penny Black blog by clicking HERE.

Remember to leave a comment on each designer's post as you hop along for a chance to win brand new 2012 Penny Black Valentine's stamps!  There is also a grand prize, which includes a guest designing spot on the Penny Black blog! (More info on prizes on the Penny Black Blog.)

On my first card I stamped Penny Black 4152K Peppermint Polly and colored her using Copic Markers.  I then added Flower Soft to her scarf.  Don't we all need a warm fuzzy scarf this time of year? :)

Supplies: Peppermint Polly (Penny Black), Flower Soft (UltraFine Ocean), Copic Markers, Spellbinders Nestabilities Deckled Edge Die, Embossing Folder (Sizzix), Distress Ink (Wild Honey, Faded Jeans, Broken China, Gathered Twigs), Sentiment (SRM Stickers), VersaFine Black Ink, Clear Embossing Powder, Cardstock (Neenah Tiara White, Copic X-Press It Blending Cardstock)

And since I was having so much fun, I just had to make one more card...

Ultrafine Sage Flower Soft works great for adding grass to this Victorian House image by Penny Black:

Supplies: 40-091 Victorian Homes (Penny Black), Flower Soft (Ultrafine Sage), Copic Markers, Distress Ink (Old Paper, Gathered Twigs, Forest Moss), Hemp Cord (Darice), Sentiment (SRM Stickers), VersaFine Black Ink, Clear Embossing Powder, Cardstock (Neenah Tiara White, Copic X-Press It Blending Cardstock)

Now, get ready to keep on hopping...
Your next stop is the blog of Linda Beeson- click HERE.

Oh, and I'll be back soon with our final inspiration card by Sheila... :)
