For my card I stamped Penny Black 40-238 Floral Applique and colored it with Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft Art Grip Color Pencils and then added just a touch of grey for dimension using Copic markers C1 and C3.
I adhered several small pieces of Penny Black Mix and Match cardstock to create the rainbow strip and then added bit of Distress Paint onto the edges.
Now be sure to hop on over to HEATHER'S BLOG to see what she's created with Penny Black's newest collection (available in the Penny Black online store today).
I love the way you colored in the motifs and then used the bold strips of color!
