This week I am thrilled to announce that our featured artist is none other than the UBER talented
Jenyfur! All of her cards are always so polished and beautiful, just like her inspiration card for today:

I love the crispness of the white frame. And Jenyfur's color scheme is so elegant. Who would have ever thought that grey grass could be so wonderful!!
Here is my take:

The sweet little girl, Penny Black 4152K Peppermint Polly, was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on Copic XPress It cardstock. She was then colored with Copic Markers and I cut out her body, scarf, and flower. Before trimming the frame, I restamped her onto Tiara White Cardstock. Next I cut on the frame and inked the center portion with Pumice Stone Distress Ink. I also stamped Penny Black 40-054 Sweet Home in Pumice Stone Distress Ink. The outer frame and Polly were adhered and mounted using Pop Dots. Sentiment by Penny Black, 30-032 Enjoy Life.
Before you go, have a couple of other things to share today. This card set was my Faber-Castell Make and Take project in the Penny Black booth at CHA. If you pop over to the Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft Blog (click HERE) you will find a photo tutorial showing how these were created. (Oh, and the stamp used is a *NEW* stamp by Penny Black, available for preorder HERE.)
And before you go here's a peek at what is happening on the
Mementos Blog today.
