Today I have a very special featured artist whom I hold close to my heart, my best friend, Kari! And here is a blast from the past--

Those were the days! I think that picture is over 10 years old!
I know you will just love Kari's scrapbook layouts. I so admire her sense of style and attention to details. I have a couple of pages from her pregnancy album to share(she is wonderful mom and is expecting kiddo number 3 right now). Because her pages are so spectacular they inspired a couple of cards!

I just love that Kari scrapbooks her ultrasound pictures of the tiny little life growing inside of her! The colors on this page are so bright and cheery with perfect distressing, too! And don't you love the flower Kari used in place of one of the photo corners? Perfectly inked around the edges!Here is my card:

Kari is such a beautiful and radiant expectant mother! This page is so pretty! I love the orange backdrop accented by those big, bold flowers. The design of her page keeps the focus on the picture and the fun title! Everything on her page is perfectly balanced and sooo eye-catching!Here is my card inspired by her page:
