Once again, I am in complete awe of Dawn's daring color choices. I love the bold red background on her card. The layered stamping in the background has such a natural look. And the beautiful tag and sentiment go perfectly with the background images!
Here is my take. I made my red/orange background using distress ink--Fired Brick and Rusty Hinge on white cardstock.
Now on to my next video. I am going to try and post a new video and card each Wednesday, as I get make a Project Of the Week (POW!) card for my local scrapbook store's blog, Mementos. Here's the card for this week:Here is my take. I made my red/orange background using distress ink--Fired Brick and Rusty Hinge on white cardstock.

Gorgeous card Jill- and your second video is wonderful- love the "speediness" of it all and the fun music! I like how you did the sewing on your card base before you inked it up- never thought to do that before! I also love the way you use the overhead transparency to to a reverse stamp- brilliant!
Fantabulous red card Jill! The colours are gorgeous and love the layered and faded stamping. I'm looking forward to all the inspiration from your weekly videos.

Thank you!!!! I really love every card you make. The video is great!
Reverse stamping with a transparency? Brilliant! (Me slapping my forehead here) Great video. Moves along at the right pace, very informative. My only tiny suggestion would be to briefly lift the item in use in front of the camera right before you start using it? Like the stamp set, the cover of the inkpad, etc. Can't wait to see more. Thanks for all the effort, time and sharing.
LOVE IT!!! Great card and video! Off to become one of your YouTube followers :)
