Next up on this long post (sure hope you don't mind) is our last inspiration card by Dawn. Wow! It's been such a fun week sharing Dawn's amazing cards and I am beyond thankful that she has allowed me to post just a tidbit of her awesome work here. Check out this absolute stunner:
Dawn is such a pro! I love the layout of this card, with the polka dots on the bottom and the subtle leaves stamped on the top. The main panel perfectly combines cute and vintage. And of course, you can't look at a card by Dawn and not comment on the color scheme- I'm lovin' the grey, red, green, and tan combination!
Here is my take featuring one of my favorite Papertrey Ink sets, Boards and Beams:
Thanks so much to everyone who has stopped by this week. See you next week---I can't wait to share the work of our next featured stamper. Her cards ALWAYS catch my eye over in the Hero Arts flickr gallery!
Card #1: Poppies (Tiffany Doodles), Graph and Sentiment (Hero Arts S5435 and CL250)
Card #2: House (Papertrey Ink), Dots (Hero Arts S5101), Leaves (K & Co.)
And here's my take:
Now on to my next video. I am going to try and post a new video and card each Wednesday, as I get make a Project Of the Week (POW!) card for my local scrapbook store's blog,
And here's the video. I show a couple of techniques in this video including masking and reverse/mirror image stamping. Thanks so much for watching!!!

Thanks again for popping by! See you tomorrow with another amazing card by Dawn and....a another video!! (Did you see the one I did last week?
I love the way Dawn has used vintage book paper on her card. Her stamping on top of the paper is so fun! The ticket frame is the perfect shape for her sentiment and seriously, how cute are those buttons??!! Finally, this card is a charming example of Dawn's unique color combos. I would never have thought to add the aqua color of the buttons, but it works so well!
