Have a Wonderful Day!

I've got another big project to finish up this week, so I thought I would share a couple more Penny Black catalog cards I haven't had a chance to share here on the ol' blog.  I sure hope you don't mind-- my plan is to have a new featured artist for next week if I can get all of the "to-do's" crossed of my list! :)
This card was created by stamping Penny Black 40-113 Inspiring using various colors of VersaFine Ink.  Once dry, I added shading using Copic Markers.  I also outlined the images with Copic marker C1- I love the depth this creates.  The background was inked with Antique Linen and Brushed Corduroy Distress Ink and then stamped using Penny Black 2025M Music Note Background in Brushed Corduroy Distress Ink.  Sentiment by Penny Black, 30-105 Gratitude.

Thanks for popping by!!

Aha - I'd wondered how you achieved those effects & your shading both around & on the leaves is now explained. Love the combination of blue with soft brown for the card base & using the violet & green of the leaf stamping for the decorative strip. Take care with all the 'to dos'.

You sound as if you are just as busy in your new place as you were in AZ. As always, thanks for sharing your talent. There are so many great aspects to this card. Love how you used the marker for the shading.
Can't wait to see the catalog when it is finished.

I think this must be the most beautiful, most inspiring, and most creative card I have ever seen. I am totally in awe (and I browse card blogs all day every day).. Any chance you could do a video for this card!?!?! I would be forever grateful to see how you did this!
